Each picture will be active for thirty days. All pictures are re-sized and 
displayed side by side on a web page accessed by a link placed at the end of 
the description in the auction. You must use the MyPictureHosting link at the 
bottom of your pictures. A smaller version of the first picture is placed in 
the auction's description box and a blank picture is placed in the picture 
URL to turn on the "pic" icon. MyPictureHosting.Com retains all rights to 
determine "proper use" of this system. "Adult" material will be removed 
immediately and the user blocked from further access. Also, the definition of 
"adult material" will be defined in the broadest possible terms. Any other 
material that is offensive to us in any way will also be removed. We are the 
sole determining body for acceptable content. 

MyPictureHosting.Com offers this as a pay service. We encourage high volume 
users and wish to make this service easy to use and accessible to everyone. 

Upon signing up on MyPictureHosting.com, You the user, agree that you will be 
charged $7.99 per month for unlimited usage to upload pictures. Upon initial 
signup, you agree that $7.99 is non refundable under any circumstances and 
you may have unlimited use of mypicturehosting.com hosting services for one 
month. If by chance you overpaid for your subscription, we will credit the 
amount to your hosting account and extend your subscription equivalent to the 
amount of overpayment. After the month of usage expires, You can continue 
usage for the following month by logging into our secure server and 
completing payment that will automatically renew your subscription. In the 
event that you want to cancel your subscription you agree to notify 
MyPictureHosting.com administration of your cancellation of your account 3 
days before your monthly subscription ends. 

Any misuse of the system will not be tolerated at all. "Direct linking" to 
the pictures stored on MyPictureHosting.Com will result in the removal of all 
pictures belonging to the user. Not using our "MyPictureHosting" link at the 
bottom of our code is also in violation of our terms and conditions. You must 
have this link displayed and must not be removed for any reason unless we 
give you permission to do so.

COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL -- By entering MyPictureHosting.Com, the user represents 
that it is the owner or lawful user of any copyrighted picture, images and midi and/or
text that they are submitting for use on the internet.

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY AND IMAGES OF CHILD ABUSE -- It is understood and agreed 
that pictures are subject to examination and fall under all applicable laws, 
including laws which prohibit child pornography and child abuse. Any 
perceived violations of law will be reported to law enforcement authorities 
if in the sole judgment and discretion of MyPictureHosting.Com site 
providers, such images are in violation of the law. 

PORNOGRAPHIC OR OBSCENE MATERIALS -- State and federal law prohibit the 
distribution of obscene or pornographic material. All images considered 
obscene or pornographic will be removed. 

Pages CAN NOT contain, or contain links to, any of the following: nudity, 
sex, pornography, foul language, hate propaganda, anything illegal, mail 
fraud or pyramid schemes. This includes anything considered Adult material. 

LIMIT OF LIABILITY -- Member acknowledges that use of the Service is at 
Member's sole risk. The Service is not warranted to be error free or 
uninterrupted, and there is no warranty as to the results obtained through 
use of the Service. The Service is made available on an AS IS basis. THERE 
ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT 
LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR 
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE. Neither 
MyPictureHosting.Com nor anyone else involved in creating, producing, or 
services accessible through the Service, will be liable for any direct, 
incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of this Agreement. 
In no event will the liability of MyPictureHosting.Com for any breach of this 
Agreement exceed the total charges incurred by a User in the month preceding 
the date the claim for breach arose. The provisions of this Section will 
survive termination of this Agreement. 

NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED -- The above are the only warranties 
of any kind, either express, implied, statutory or otherwise. All other 
warranties are expressly disclaimed. This warranty gives you specific legal 
rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state. 

MyPictureHosting.Com is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, 
or incidental damages, (including business damages)  arising out of the use 
or the inability to use MyPictureHosting.Com even if MyPictureHosting.Com has 
been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states do not 
allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or 
incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. 

The user accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to hold 
MyPictureHosting.Com, and their employees and agents harmless for all actions 
taken in good faith under the terms of these provisions.  

MyPictureHosting.com and 2seeknetwork Inc. is in no way liable for loss of 
images, loss of income, loss of auction listing fees or any other loss due to 
the functionality, downtime and use of this site. All members will hold 
MyPictureHosting.com and 2seeknetwork Inc. harmless of all liabilities.
